CE #3

In this midst of a recession, it would be logical that businesses such as the Fashion industry would falter right away. However, at the Spring Fashion Week held in New York and Paris, everything was anything but scarce. Designers really shined this season with their use of muted colors with the mix of neon in a sort of 80's culture way. While some are not wearable at all, most were seen as possible outfits when in certain situations, maybe a lavish party perhaps? With the past trend of all is fair, and when i say fair i mean complexion wise, there was a reemergence of the wild makeup, with lots of brilliant color and complex patterns. It was hard not to turn your head this past season, which I'm sure will be making an impact on the fashions of Summer.
