Judy Feder (Democrat): She has lived in Virginia for over 30 years and served as the Dean of Georgetown University's Public Policy Institute from 1999-2007 and was also a professor there. Her main focus is that of health care. Feder believes in making health care affordable and also to extend the choice and coverage for health care to all Americans, even without a job. She is again running against Frank Wolf.

I failed to find any recent polling data on how every one is measuring up in the race, but Feder is obviously the "underdog" especially running after her loss in 2005. However I feel that Feder is the best candidate. She focuses on local issues while also talking about national issues and what is important. Wolf's priorities seem off to me because I feel like most people at this point in the economy and health care, care about traffic patterns as much. Maybe its because I don't drive...
Well until next time...

Hey Chanel!
Wow! Your blog is really informative. I also had no idea what any of the candidates looked like until I read your blog haha. I agree with you the Feder is definitely the underdog. I feel she has a really good chance of winning a seat in the house because like McCain, people are just too scared after the Bush Admin. to let Republicans make anymore decisions. Still, Wolf has been congressman for what seems like forever, so he's probably gained a lot of trust from voters. He may find himself victorious again, or we may finally have someone new. It will be interesting to see!
Yo Chanel!
I have to say that your blog is, yet again, one of my favorites. I do not know if it is the crazy colors or the wealth of knowlede in your articles. Maybe it is a mix of both...
I do not really know that much about this race, but I would think that Nigam would be the underdog, not Feder. Granted, I think compared to Wolf, both Nigam and Feder will have a hard time winning a seat. However, Nigam calling America "socialist" probably in not helping out his cause, while Feder has a little experience in the running-for-senate office. As Molly said, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top in this election.
